RCA Lawton 841.662 Turntable. How do i get to replacment needles to put a needle on? Can't find any videos on you tube or instruction manual.

The bit in red in your photo is the stylus cartridge and holds the needle/stylus. This part should come off and you replace the whole red cartridge with the new cartridge. In your photo it looks like the needle is missing. See here for replacement:

How to change needle on record player

The "needle" should be connected to the record player in a simple fashion, just inserted into a slot. First see if you can remove the existing "cartridge" (the entire part that includesd the needle) and then look online for a replacement that looks the same, or search according to the turntable model number. There are many different types of cartridges, so you need to know what to buy. Here is a link to show man of the possibilities: https://www.google.com/search?q=turntable+cartridges&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=aoHfVPXhN8PZoATI3YIY&ved=0CAkQ_AUoAg&biw=1920&bih=952

Search google with the model number of your turntable, and then the word "cartridge"

Belt is easy, Just remove the base, and change the belt.
Needle change is done by cartridge change. remove the old cartridge and insert the new one with the new needle.

The needle is broken off can it be fixed for less then the turntable cost?

Yes it can. On the head of the arm if you look carefully where the needle (to give it's correct name -stylus) is. What it fits into is a cartridge. If you can see letters or numbers on it that will be the type. If you put that into Google it should find it. You should find if it is possible to buy the stylus with or without the cartridge. Though it's often cheaper to buy both. The cartridge will either be screwed onto the head or just clipped on someway. You will find four wires attached to the cartridge. These will have to be removed if you have to replace the cartridge. Make a note of how each wire attaches to the cartridge. As long as you can get a cartridge to fit the headshell you can use any magnetic cartridge for the job. All you would need to do with a different cartridge is adjust the weight to apply the correct pressure to the stylus.
If the cartridge doesn't have any number etc on it, put the make/model number of the turntable into Google adding cartridge/stylus.

don't replace the cartridge. it is "built-in" (not user-replaceable) needle options are at above links. The different prices of the "211" needles are different quality levels. All of which will fit in your cartridge.

Turntable arm slides across record, Am. D.J.-1500

See what type of cartridge is installed in the arm. Manufacturers use common cartridges in turntables, such as Stanton, Shure etc. Detach the head shell from the arm (it usually slips right off via a locking ring and four-pin mini plug) Look for the manufacturer and model number on the cartridge. No need to remove it from the head shell. On most modern cartridges, the stylus (as they are called, rather than the needle) simply slips off and on. No need to remove the entire cartridge (via screws) and re-align it. In fact, many DJs bring a set spare cartridges and styli on a gig, already mounted in head shells, and simply interchange them as needed. When you have the make and model of the cartridge, go to Radio Shack or use their website to order a new one...or  two. Or go to Google and enter "phono stylus" as your search term. You will find reasonably priced styli for nearly every cartridge imaginable. I operate 50 year-old turntables and am able to find replacement cartridges and styli on line. Ebay also has a number of listings, by make and model of the cartridge. When the new stylus arrives, observe how easily the old one comes out of the cartridge- usually pull and slide - and slide the new one in. Re-insert the head shell on the arm, tighten the locking ring, and you're good to spin!
