Question about Cell Phones
My mobile phone was bought separately from the heart rate monitor and stride sensor. I have inputted the id into the phone of the heart rate monitor and stride sensor but the phone is not picking them up is there something I should be doing.
You need to make sure that the batteries are installed (they might need to be replaced too). Once you start exercising it will start detecting the devices and register them to the phone.
Currently I am having problems detecting the heart rate monitor. I replaced the battery then it detected it again after that I tried later, I got the same problem again where the phone does not detect it anymore. It might be compatible to only one type of battery brand :|
To buy the accessories online you can go to http://uk.eetnordic.com and search for samsung f110. I had to ask through miCoach Support website on where to get them (they were very helpful).

Use saline solution (saliva or contact lens solution) to wet the two

appear until you begin perspiring, re-wet the electrode areas.

The heart rate monitor is designed to work with people who have
normal heart rhythms. Heart rate detection problems may be caused by
medical conditions such as premature ventricular contractions (pvcs),
tachycardia bursts, and arrhythmia.
The operation of the heart rate monitor can be affected by magnetic
interference caused by high power lines or other sources. If you
suspect that magnetic interference may be causing a problem, try
relocating the treadmill.
If the heart rate monitor still does not function properly, test it
by having another person try it.
