Troubling turning on RCA 52" television

I am having the same problem with my 52" RCA television. I go to turn it on in the morning and the green light will come on and off a few times and then turn off. I will try this for a while until it finally turns on. Once it turns on the picture is good. I f the television has been on for a while and someone turns it off it will come back on with no problem. It is only when it has been turned off for a while that it takes for ever to turn back on.

In the morning I try to turn on the tv with the remote control. The green light will come on and then go off and then it will try to turn back on by itselft a couple times and then thats it. I can go push the power button in on the tv and it dont do anything. Then after a few minutes I can get it to turn on and it is fine. You can turn it off and it will turn right back on. But once it sets for awhile like when you shut it off to go to bed. In the morning it is hard to get it to come back on.
