Question about Roper RS25AEXLQ Side by Side Refrigerator
The ice cubes are not frozen all the way and that leads the excess water to dump in the bin causing the other ice to hang up in the shaft and not dispense properly. What could be wrong?
Hollow ice is usually caused by low water pressure. There is a mesh strainer in the water inlet valve where the water supply is connected. Make sure it's clean and that you have enough pressure. The pressure at the water dispenser may give you an indication of the pressure.
