Green "snow" on and off in the picture on my 62hm15a Toshiba TV.

Thanks for the reply but here is a few more thoughts. What are the odds that my "green snow" on the picture being caused by a magnetic field, T-Chip, color wheel, or light engine? I am told the T-Chip is a cheap date. If it is a hardware problem, is it usually a $500-$600 problem? Reason being, I only paid $1100 for it a few years ago, got good use out of it, and never had to replace even a lamp. I would just by a new TV instead of putting that $$ into this one.

    Your thoughts please.

Many LED TVs and other electronics have bad capacitors on their power supply boards. You can visually inspect them by opening the TV and looking for capacitors with bulging tops. If you see any, replace them all in the power board section. This should fix the problem. Check to see if your TV is still under warranty first though.

Need the Part number for the color wheel on my 62HM15A DLP Toshiba rear projection TV.

I think you will find Toshiba does not sell the color wheel seperate--only way to get one is to buy the optical or light engine.
