SOURCE: 3D optical mouse is not working

Hi,
Go to the start button and click on control panel. The, click on hardware or sound options and click on "mouse". When you get to the options window click on hardware. Find the mouse that you are trying to get to work. Then click on propoerties. In the next window it should state that the device is working properly. If it shows that and still doesn't work reboot the computer. At that point It should work.

Hope this helps!!

Techair optical 3D mouse is not working suddenly. tell me the step by step procedure to setup mouse in my laptop

Hello,

The mouse might not be working because there must be some circut problem. Most mice driver are installed automatically so you can rule out the driver issue. I'd Recommend you to go to a local Computer shop and ask them to check it out for you. Incase the mouse is still under warranty, please visit the service center and get it repaired for free.

Thanks

Does the tech air mouse need a battery? how do i get it up and running after plugging it into the usb port?

Hi,
You only need batteries for wireless optical mice.
Just plug the mouse into a USB port and let the operating system detect and install the drivers for it.
It will let you know that the device is ready to use in the system tray (bottom right hand side of the screen).

Regards.
