Your graphics card is overheating and is therefore switching itself off to prevent damage.
Install as many fans as your computer chassis will allow. You need to get some air to flow over the heatsink of this card.
Test this theory by removing the graphics card and then using the
onboard Video on your computer
mainboard (VGA)
If all is well then it confirms the theory.
However if there is still a problem then we can safely say that it the graphics card is not the cause of the problem.
