Are you kidding...? That Sharp Zaurus is a DINOSAUR, produced in the 1990's and around 30 years old now.

There are plenty of PDA's, and PDA software and apps available to do what the Zaurus did with 30 year old technology.

Hell, you can track tenants information, payments, and annual increases using a simple Excel spreadsheet.

I haven't found the instruction manual available as a free download online. However, there are several places to buy a copy. Sears Parts Direct has a printed copy for sale for $4.49 here: http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/part-model/Sharp-Parts/Microwave-Parts/Model-R303CW/0958/0123245/50022360/00001?blt=06&prst=&shdMod= . The current part number is IB-R303CK. Searching for the part number gave several other sites with the manual available.
