Question about Tomtom GO 300 GPS Receiver
saw, that you've a big know-how concerning tomtom. Are you able to give me a location, where I could get U24 and/or U25 (same type of chip? One is blown in my device) of a Tomtom GO?
Whats the exact name of the chip, I couldn't find anything under "4STI" in the internet. Should be a step-down (or ev. a step-up) converter.
Thanks very much and best regards
U24 is TPS62000 and U25 is LTC1733EMSE . You don't say where in the world you are ? .....so I cannot advise you on where in your country to obtain those parts. They are available from MOST electronics compenent supplyers.
Its almost certain BOTH of those IC's will be blown even if one of them still looks ok.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
