Question about Dymo LabelPOINT 300 Thermal Printer
When I change font size to print as big as it goes, I try to hit save & it doesnt. When I hit the size button, I arrow over to the "B" which was what I had it set on before to print big but someone reset it. Now when I try to do the same it just wont stay on that "B". I need it to be big and it wont.
Try to do again a complete reset, then set all settings again to big fonts and try saving.
Ensure also that you use Dymo original labels, they have a tag at the back, non original do not have it.
Sometimes with non Dymo rolls the machine lose settings.

Font settings can be adjusted for individual label templates and for the DLS application. Please note, changing the font settings for the DLS application will only affect the creation of new label templates. It does not change the font settings of any previously created and saved label templates.
