I have a Sharp xr-32x projector. When it is powered up i have little white spots that show up on the screen. I have cleaned the outter lens but the white spots are still present. I beleive there may be dust on the inside of the lens but i do not know how to clen the inside of the lens. Can you please give me some assistance.

you may have touched the bulb while changing it and minute traces of skin oil are on the actual bulb, with the machine cold, try and very carefully clean the bulb

Obviously this is not the first lamp you have replaced in you projector. These are great projectors however, the LCD panels expire quite quickly. You will find that the spots are related to the LCD panels needing to be replaced. This is not an inexpensive maintainence solution as the panels cost about $1500 each.

Hi there

If the colour only shows pink when a source ( i.e. vga or video ) is inserted. Firstly check for a faulty cable - 99% it is the problem. Otherwise you'll have to take it to a repairer as the input could be damaged.
