I have a fusion sub in my car, i have had it for about a year now and everything worked fine, all of a sudden now when i switch my stereo on the sub starts bellowing out a very loud sub frequency - even when the stero volume is fully turned down - any ideas what could be causing this???

Hi there guys, i dont have this problem ,but i do have the EN-AT1100 encounter 10" and cant get the thing to work at all. The six pin plug for the power (12V+), earth (GND) and accesories (REM) are all muddled up as i never bough it with the original leads. Can any of you help me out with the wiring on how to connect it? is there two wires for (12V+), two wires for earth (GND) and just one wire for accessories (REM)?

Hope you can help thanks.

check all your supply wiring's specially the one that is connected directly to the positive terminal of your battery, it has to be of enough gauge to supply your amplifier's wattage, and it is has to be properly grounded to the body of your car.

I have a 900 watt amp and 2 12" fusion subs.will this sound good?

Yes. It should sound good.
Try in the trunk, facing the back of the seats.
A simple Infinite Baffle/Free Air setup, should work fine.

Sub keeps loosin bass

Its probably not your subwoofer- its likely that your amp is showing its age after 2 years of bumping -But it could be that you have partially roasted the coil on the sub which is tripping your amp into protect mode-thus shutting down throw a different sub in there for a week and listen to it and if it stops acting up then its probably the sub if it still shuts down then it may be time for a new amp

High Pitch Noise Coming Out Of My Subs?

sounds like it could be a warning sound that indicates either a short or a bad connection and is tripping the safety warning. check all speaker terminal connections and connections on the amp to make sure there is nothing loose or touching

Have no wires for a Fusion EN-AT110 Basstube!!!

The best place is to go to any store like halfords or maplin, or a lot cheaper if you wanna wait is ebay, many fusion amps/ active subs need special wiring !!!£80 from them direct only way, or you can go to maplin and get this product: A21GF (power supply extender 24pin) then cut off the three columns you need and the top and bottom of each are the respective 12v positive input remote and earth, cut the wires off half way and twist the top and bottom together, then add the twisted wires to your normal sub cables. make sure you use insulation tape around the naked wires for quality and stop it short curciting

High pitched noise comin out the sub

You may have a ground loop issue. Make sure your ground lead is as short as possible (<1ft, if possible) and that it is mounted to a nice, clean (unpainted) spot on the vehicle. If you have multiple amps, try and ground them to the same point.
