Hi,
Click on the My Computer. In the bottom of the screen you can see the web cam icon. Click on that and take photos or videos whatever. If you can not see the icon then you need to install the software for webcam to work. For that please click on the below link or copy the URL and paste it in your web browser and select the brand and type and then download the web cam software.

Thank you.......

Where do I find the built in webcam on my acer veritron desktop Z290G Could it be that the driver is very old. i can't find how to turn the webcam on. I see the hold part where the webcam should be on

You may not even have a camera because it is not in the hold part. Anyway, if you do find it, you can download the latest drivers from your computer manufacturer's site.

How do i move my built in camera?

Just on the off-chance you are not a troll, and genuinely cannot see that a camera that is built into the display device doesn't actually move on it's own, the straight answer is: you can't move your built-in camera because it's built-in! To change it's position, you would have to move the entire display unit.

If you want to have a webcam that is capable of changing to any position, you will need to purchase an external webcam. Your local Electronics/Computers shop can help you with that.

addendum: I do not see any information on the web, but it might be possible to rotate the webcam lens inside it's housing. Refer to your computer's user manual to see if that is possible *before* you start poking around and potentially damaging the device.

I cannot acces the built in camera on my Acer all in one desktop

Click the Windows orb and type webcam in the search bar.

Your webcam software should be displayed, click it to access your webcam.
If not then install the drivers for your webcam from the disk that came with your notebook or visit the Acer website.

Take care!

I don't have a webcam on my ACER Aspire M3910-2.

This model Acer does not have a built-in WEBcam.
You need to purchase an USB WEBcam and install the WEBcam driver on your Acer.

Acer webcam not working

Is the webcam an Acer webcam also?
If not, determine the manufacturer and go the webcam manufacturer website for your drivers.

It should be a small download. Make sure you back up the driver set-up files once you are done.
