You have to bring it for repair.
the repair that they would do if they know how to is to weld the puncture hole by aluminum brazing , they may want to check the oil in the compressor in order to be sure that no water have been sucked by the compressor from the hole in the evaporator.

evacuate the system and charge it with the right amount of the correct refrigerant.

We have a dometic refrigerator in our Rv. There is an odor (similar to ammonia) when the freezer compartment is opened. The shelf has staining and blue markings around the fixtures securing it to the...

It sounds like you might have punctured a freon line. But since the cooling lines are on the back and the shelfs are secured from the sides, was something added that could puncture the line? You might want to unplug everything and turn the unit off and then try to feel the coils to see if you can detect a puncture. It is easiest to work on with the unit out but that can be very involved. And repairing a puncture or recharging the unit should be done by trained technicians.

I had alot of ice on the fridge so i chiped it then a couple of days later the ice started melting and then it started not to cool u think i messed up the fridge chefmate model bc-87/h

Sorry to hear about your problem. Sounds like you have a defrost issue. Hence your unit is not defrosting. All of this apply's if your freezer side has ice on it. If not. you have other issues
Here is a list of some things that can go wrong.
1. Defective heat coil
2. Defective defrost timer
3. Defective defrost sensor
You should call a service company to resolve your issue.

Sounds like when you defrosted it you used something sharp and punctured the refrigerant line somewhere. Does it run constantly? never gets any cooling? never shuts off? all symptoms of no freon in sealed refrigerant system. I'd be looking for a replacement.

I punctured a hole in the freezer part will it still work?

UUUUUUUgh....not sure....
if you punctured the part that has the freon zig zagging through it and allowed the freon gas to escape will no longer work and it may cost quite a bit to get it repaired.....but...if you are lucky you may have only punctured the covering and not got into the part with the freon...turn it on and see how lucky you are.

Re: Sanyo SR4310W mini fridge freezer plate broken

Ok, I know I should not have done this but I did. I was impatient with the defrosting and stabbed my Sanyo SR3770s' evaporator with my Smith and Wesson switch blade knife. A very tiny hole, made a swooshing noise and now the fridge won't get cold. Can this be repaired for a minimal price? Perhaps just replacing the evaporator plate and reinstalling some freon, maybe, hopefully?
Let me know. Basically a brand new unit, hate to see it go to the dump!

Chiping ice out of freezer section with chisle and entered a "cavity" under freezer shelf...seemed like freon gas came out of it. Is the refriderator toast? It is a Magic Chef mini-freezer.

Sound like you punctured one of the molded channels in the freezer shelf that carries the refrigerant.  Probably can't be fixed.  Possibly could be replaced.  Consult a service technician if the fridge is new enough to keep.  If it does not have an auto-defrost or frost-free function it is probably too old to be worth repairing.
