Hi,
You have to replace the battrey of the ECG machine. Even if you are connected the power the machine works on battery. The mines power is used only for charging the battrey. If the battery is faulty then then machine will power off by it self. Its a 12v 1.2Ah battery. For replacing the you have to open the machine. You can't access the battery externally.
You can find the battery in the following link.

Bizhub 363 panel does not start

There are 2 power switches on this machine. If you are turning it on then you know where the main power button is. Now lets try turning the control panel switch on. Its located on the right side of the control panel itself. When you turn the main power on, do you hear the machine running and booting up?

AT2+ doesn't print

HI,
Its a common problem with Schiller ECG machine. The battery of your ECG machine is faulty. Even if you are using the machine in AC it uses the battery power. The AC power is only used for charging the battery.

When the machine starts to print the battery will drop down and the printing will stop. This is happening with the machine. It will eject the first paper without printing. its normal. Because the machine starts printing on a fresh page only. In your case the machine is ejecting the first paper. When the machine starts its printing in the second page it will draw a large amount of current from the battery for its thermal printing head. If the battery is not proper then it will suddenly drop the printing. The square box you see is not printed by your ECG machine. Its already printed in the paper of Schiller. With this mark the Machine sense the page.

Its a 12 volt 2.3 AH battery. You will not be able to replace the battery from out side any where. For replacing the same you have to open the machine by removing the screws on its bottom. Be care full with the paper tray while removing the top cover. Also do not use any force to open the top cover because there are connections on the top cover.
Here i have added a link to the battery for Schiller AT2 PLUS

How does ECG machine find that signals are good for printing (in auto mode)? some ECG machines take up to 20 second time for printing start

hi,
When the at2 is in auto mode, first of all it check the leads are properly connected or not. Then it will acquire the ECG and store the same in its memory then only it starts printing. that's why it takes that much time to give a printout. When its starts printing you can remove the connections from the patient because it have already memorized the ECG.
If interpretation is in on position it will compare the acquired ecg with the standards in its memory (allready programed by the manufacturer). and will give a detailed report with ecg.

WHEN I TURN ON THE WIRELESS THE LAPTOP SHUTS DOWN

Most likely you have a bad driver. Try connecting your machine directly to the wired network. Go to your manufacturer and download the latest drivers.

If your machine does not have a hardwired port, you can bring the drivers with a flash from another machine.

Also, you might try booting in safe mode. After booting, press F8 until you get asked for what you want to do. Try booting in safe mode with networking. If you are able to boot here, you know that the wireless card itself is ok. So, get the latest drivers.

Hope that helps.

Sporadic Booting

Depending on whether the issue is powering on, or booting to the OS, will determine the failure in the system. If the system powers on but will not boot to the hard drive, then the answer may be the HDD is slow to spin up to operating speed. If this is the case, then multiple attempts to start the computer will spin up the drive but it will not stop spining before the next attempt. After several tries, the HDD gets to operating speed fast enough and boots.

If the system is not powering on at all, then I suspect a problem in the switch itself/motherboard.
