My MP3 has been working relatively well, giving me the least of the problems most people get. I went to put more pictures on it today, however, and it wouldn't recognize that the ones i'd already put on it were there; then, when I tried to put them on, it couldn't sync them with it.
To top all this off, I now have the MP3 player with the Samsung logo frozen on the screen; the only way to power it off is to hit the reset button.
Any ideas?
Ok in that case.. have u tried formatting ur player via pc..?

else u should give it a hard reset like the ipods.. also mention weather its batteries are built in or removable...
Press the reset switch.. ie., hold on the reset switch for 5 seconds...
then in that case u need to remove the battery terminals then do a reset and connect it back... which i dont know if u can do it..?
hey cool... give me good rating dude..
Have a nice day...!!!

I don't know that it can be recognized by the computer anymore; last time I tried it, it wouldn't see the mp3 player.
I'll give it a shot, nonetheless. Thanks!
I don't know how to give it a hard reset, because I can't access anything on it, either from the device itself, or the computer.
The batteries are built-in.
Doing a hard reset like that doesn't do anything; it still loads just up to the Samsung logo, then freezes.
...That was completely surprising.
It just turned back on, and went to the main menu. Hoorah!! XD
