Well a white screen is not good. From your description it sounds like your FPD is about to die. The Display LCD panel begins to deteriorate or die after a prolong period of time. Due to the way they were assembled or used abusively(meaning not giving the LCD time to relax = aka turn off and cool).

NOt ALL do this, it all depends on use.

A possible solution would be to make sure all cables are fitted properly inside and out.
If you have working replacement parts, you might be able swap parts.

What is going to happen is --> its going to intermitten itself then finally when the bus(wire set) on the panel dies it will form an unviewable picture, possibly a nebula effect.

I have a Sony DSLR A-300 and the lcd screen on the back of the camera goes white when I take pictures. How to fix this?

The camera has live-view, so is the LCD always white? Can you play back old pictures or view menus properly? Do your pictures turn out white or are they ok?

If it's always white and you can't see anything, you need the LCD replaced or the cable going from the main PCB to the LCD replaced. 99% likely the LCD, not the cable.

If you can playback old pictures and view menus... but NEW pictures turn out white then it's not a problem with the LCD screen at all, it's the CMOS or something else.

Without knowing more detail it's hard to say exactly what's wrong, but it definitely sounds like the camera needs repair.

Try pulling the batter off of it and have someone test the battery for voltage and amperage. then try cleaning all the connectors and replace the battery. I had a phone that randomly dies and it was because the power connection was dirty.

Random White screen On PB LCD 22inch

When the screen glows grey/white, it means that the T-CON board is bad or it is not getting the 5vdc from the logic board. or loose conection on the T-CON board which is part of the LCD panel assembly.
Does it look like this when it goes out? Checkto see if the 5vdc goes away when it goes out, the 5vdc is supplied through the switched transistor on the logic board..

Nokia 5130: blank screen, phone doesn't turn on

That means your phone got a corrupted software installed to its memory. A hard phone reset can solve this problem. Typically a nokia symbian series phone can be formatted using this code *#7370# then the default key is 12345.

Hope this could help.

My phone always turns off. and the screen always turn white. but when it goes back to normal, the screen has no cracks. but after a couple of seconds, it turns white again

water damage. If you have a young child or dropped it on the bathroom floor after showering or even outside humidity can do that. Heat is also another thing that can do it. Or simply just dropping it.

Well its not much of a solution but I have found a way to get on with it. I have set my monitor to turn off every minute unless am watching a movie oor something.
Once the screen goes white, I wait a minute then screen turns off and then I can use again.

White screen

Hi.
Generally an all white screen scenario is caused by no signal from the monitors video board getting to the actual screen.
It could be as simple as a disconnected ribbon cable that mounts the two items.
It could also be a fuse on the back of the actual lcd screens circuit board. These fuses are usually labeled F1.
If you have a tester and the capabilities, in normal running mode the screen should be getting around 5 volts dc at this fuse.
The other problem could be a bad video board. These are not always repairable.
