Question about Transcend T.sonic 610 MP3 Player
Im having Transcend T610 512MB MP3 Player. It is not working properly i.e it is not getting switched on even after resetting it for several times and updating its firmware with latest(......4.1). I can able to view the contents when I connected it to system and store the data also but after disconnecting it when I tried to switch on it is not getting switched on. Please let me know how to resovle it

I think the battery must be low! try recharging it for atleast 3 hours.I this fails, then use a cordless phone battery!

Whatever you do, never format a T.Sonic! Make sure the hold switch is not engaged. You have already reset and tried firmware upgrade. If that fails to resolve, call Transcend because the product is most likely having hardware issue requiring replacement.
