My Sansa player won't come on fully charged and it does this on and off!!!! This is all some fucked up **** and I'm getting really fed up. I almost thought I was the only one with these Sansa problems.

I just got a new Sansa Fuze. I plug it into my USB to charge. It'll read 1/2 charged about 2 hours in. After that the battery seems to completely drain itself when plugged in and now when disconnected you can't turn on the power -- no juice.

I returned it to the retailer for an exchange. Same thing happened. I verified the USB port as a 2.0 and even tried on a different PC at work. Same thing with the 2nd unit. Is this a dog product, or just a bad batch??

Also, how long should the initial charge take. I know nothing about MP# players. I was exicted to get one... now just frustrated.

Why won't my Sansa 250R won't recognize an sd card?

Your 4GB card is actually a microSDHC card. The e250 works with microSD cards, 2GB and smaller.

Sansa clip went dead

Slide the power button on your SanDisk Sansa MP3 player up.

  • 2 Hold the power button on your Sansa in the up position for about 15 seconds. This action serves as a powering down of the Sansa device.
  • 3 Wait for your Sansa MP3 player to restart and let go of the power button. Actions taken during your last operation since powering down normally have been deleted and your player is now reset.

Sansa sandisk mp3 player 1 gig

Theoretically, you should be able to use this one forever, if you keep charging it. The battery isn't replaceable, so hopefully it will last you a good 3 years or more. The #1 threat to Mp3 players isn't the battery, but keeping up with software/computer environment changes. Most mp3 players introduced to date only last 1-2 years - much shorter than everyone had originally thought.

    Can turn on

The Sansa can sometimes break overnight if you sleep on it. This happened to me. I don't think this is really a solution, but if you bought it at BEST BUY, they have a 2-year guarantee for a new one.
