I think your sound device and network device are not installed.
Go to http://asrock.com/mb/download.asp?Model=P4i45GV%20R5.0 to download the drivers.
Unfortunately the site offers XP and Win2000 drivers only. If does not give Vista or Win 7 drivers. So if you install one of these operating systems, you will have problems.

P4i45gv dvd connecting point
There are 4 different connections for IDE on this board, so the Optical drive can use any of the 3 left after the hard drive, depending on your configuration. IDE uses a ribbon cable with 1 or 2 devices attached. A typical connection of 2 devices is 1 HD as Master and the second device (CD drive) as a Slave on a single cable. This leaves the second IDE open for expansion down the line.

You could also do 1 device per ribbon and leave as Cable select.

I wanted to download Asrock p4i45gv audio driver for Windows 7 ,but i can not find it ..
if your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it
click start control panel administrive tools computer management device manager scroll to sound,video and game controllers you might see a yellow question mark? Right click to reinstall drivers or you can download the drivers

Go to start, control panel, administrative options, computer management, device manager. Look for the yellow question mark with your sound card. Right click, update or install driver. Make sure you allow windows to look online for the drivers it needs to install them. Good luck.

I have a Ati Radeon 9250 128Mb with the drives

On The : Computers Manegement--> Device maneger--> Other Devices
It show that VideoController need drives

I had put it to update Drive automatical but it doens get any drive

On board sound device problem
Hello!

In this case, You better remove the the old driver installed in the system. there might be not correct driver was installed and this cause conflict in the system. here is the link of the driver from the asrock site.

Please install the INF driver and install the audio driver for this device.

if not solve the problem i suggest that you reinstall the operating system to resolve the current issues.

No audio right front
audio left could be that your pc is set at mono or the actual green sound output on the motherboard is faulty, check your sound settings or click Start>run, then type dxdiag, hit enter and then go to the sound tab to check the speakers.
