Question about HP CD-Writer Plus 9100i CD-RW Burner
After I loaded XP on my machine it seems that my Hp Cd burner is unable to be used. I used it to load the OS and now it says it is not connected. NO disc will run. ANy help would be apperciated thanks
Go to the Control Panel System HardWare and then Device manager Delete the CD burner and restart the computer. The Xp is supposed to find the device and reinstall it If this fails you will need the driver provided by Hp - unfortunately it is nopt available to download from the Hp website but you can order it by mail http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareList?lc=en&cc=us&lang=en&dlc=en&product=60019&os=228 Good Luck
