You don't say which Operating System you use, so my answer will be presented in general, Windows terms. Since you have not revealed you Operating System, I cannot be sure but it seems your capture card may be RevB (Revision B) and if RevB is the same as Rev2, then only XP Drivers seem to exist for it. If your Operating System is not XP, maybe this is the problem.
