Question about Canon imageRUNNER 3300 All-In-One Laser Printer
We have a number of 2270 printers/scanner/fax machines that we can scan a document and then send the file via emal (if you manually enter and email address). We want to do is connect to our Active Directory to access all email addresses in the company.
I've seen the 'Network Add. Book to select a destination from an LDAP server' button on the send screen, but this option is grayed out. Do we need to install additional software to use this function?

You need to change the base DN to match your active directory domain.
So, if your active directory DNS domain is: example.com then your DN would be: dc=example,dc=com
