You can get a hold of Staples stores and ask if they carry a screened attachment to cover it. Most offices have them and usually slip over the monitor to cut glare.

E machine model T3626 turns on display doesnt work and doesnt power off???

Sounds like either the Monitor is bad or the Video Card is bad. Try plugging another monitor on the computer and if it can't show a display then more than likely the Video Card is bad. If it shows on the monitor you just plugged in, then the original monitor is bad.

Hp touchsmart motherboard problems

Hello

I would assume the first fix you had done to this PC involved replacing the motherboard. If the system is displaying the same issues (pixilated screen), it is very probable that the warranty part is having the same issues as the original part.

Check with HP to see if it is still under warranty - if it is, call for a warranty repair right away.

If it isn't under warranty, you may want to leave the unit off until you need to use it. It is possible that the heat from the video CPU is getting too high and causing the issue. Leaving the unit off until you need it would help if this is the issue.

Since this model does not have a "Video Out' option, you will not be able to verify if the issue is the monitor or the video processor.

Monitor flickers

Goes in the config panel, in display section, then the parameter tab, chose advance button. Then usually under the monitor tab, you'll find a refresh rate settings. Try 70hz setting. Also some time not using the protected ''power bar'' and connecting direct to wall helps alot. Let us know!

Viewsonic VX2265wm 12o Hz monitor

That's a lot of information and possible problems areas. You need the driver for the Viewsonic screen first of all.. Why do you need to drive the screen at that frequency? you won't notice anything above 85Hz anyway.. I am assuming you have the correct drivers for you video card adn that it is correctly configured for the resolution and frequncy. That video card can drive high resolutions adn high freq's. But if you're only getting those two options then it appears to be a driver option. Get/load the Viewsonic screen driver first.

I just bought an X223W Acer LCD monitor. The texts appear blurred on the screen. What adjustment do I need to make it sharp? Thanks.

You probably need to up the screen resolution.
Start/Control Panel/Display/Settings tab/Screen resolution.
1024X768 minimum.
While you are in the click the advanced button then click the monitor tab. Your refresh rate will most likely by 60 Hertz. Down below that you will see a "Hide modes that this monitor cannot display" check box. Check it. Now click the drop down arrow for the screen refresh rate. Set this to the highest setting there. This will stop the flicker that gives a lot of people headaches when they spend a long time at their computer.
