Question about Mitsubishi WS-65869 65" Rear Projection Television
The 65' TV has blue, green ,and red lines that are shadows from everything it shows on TV, I can still see the picture but the shadows are big and its terrible to watch TV with them. Then once and a while the TV will get fuzzy, but you can still see the picture and the picture looks like its bending. If I turn the TV off and let it sit sometimes it will go back to normal when I turn it on.
Sounds like a convergence problem. Are you interested in fixing this yourself? If so you will need to know how to solder well and use a meter. I can assist you as much as you need through the process. If you post a picture of what the screen looks like we can know for sure what you have going on. If you call a repairman to fix it he will charge somewhere between $300-$500 to do the repair. Let me know if you need more help!
