Can not print, empty toner

Replace empty toner with new one or with refill cartridge toner. Before installing it, clean the inside with a vacuum cleaner so that dust and toner particle spread inside will gone.
Thanks for asking.

What caused the Fax pages received to be too dark, over exposed, using too much toner?

On Brothers, that's usually the toner cartridge. Something goes wrong with the seals inside, and it dumps too much toner in for each print. If the toner cartridge is new, you may be able to exchange it for a replacement, depending on how supportive your dealer is.
Theoretically, it could be the drum unit or a bad power supply, but I've always found it to be the toner.

Pl advice our printer problem, we had refill tonner but print is coming light, and their is problem in chip

Depending on make and model ( which you did not mention)...some cartridges are one piece..meaning toner and drum are all in the one cartridge...so refilling the Toner only gets half the job done as the drum portion of the cartridge is still used. Even if it is a 2 piece system where the toner is one cartridge and the drum is another cartridge ...most new machines these days have the cartridges either "chiped" or "fused"...meaning that the machine will know if you did not put in a "NEW" cartridge and therefore may not work properly.

Black line on the page when printing fax or making copies

The lines may come from the toner/ drum cartridge. Try stopping the job by opening a cover, and see if the defect exists before it reaches the fuser.
The fuser for the F110 is PN 126N00235
The toner/ drum unit is 013R00605 (several alternate numbers exist)
And it could also be the transfer roller 022N02107

Hope that helps

We have an old 9920 PB fax machine and it is no longer under warranty and when our fax receipts come out they have ink on both sides of the paper. I mean extra black toner. Not coming out clear. how much...

Your toner cartridge is leaking because all of then now are refills.

If you decide to put $200 into it for a new cartridge, remove the swinging shield that covers the drum before installing it.

it will come loose and cause paper jams.

Xerox F116 fax drum & toner reset cards

This would be an expensive process event to try an old card when entering a used modual. The card resents the main board the the card cannot be used again.
If anything else send the cartridges back to Xerox.
If you try to experiment with a new card, and an old drum, chances are you will create new problems for the Xerox repairman to fix.

Keep a new supply of toners and drums and make sure each item has the card in the box, and do not allow the customers or casual operatiors, including Managers!!!! , to swap theses items on their own.
They are too expensive to trouble-shoot and experiment with.
Good luck.

Right side of Print Out is faded. Cleaned, and Cleaned. Doesn't say to change drum/ink. What else can we try?

You can try shaking the toner cartridge to even out the toner but most likely either need a new toner cartridge or the drum is not sitting evenly as it should.

Brother Intellifax 2600 - Solid black pages

Black pages are indicative of a bad drum. A failing drum basically can't be charged anymore. Since the toner cartridge can't discern what part of the drum is calling for toner, it simply fills the whole page with toner, creating the black pages you describe. You should check the drum, and corona wire and clean both. If the problem returns, you have a bad drum and should replace it.

Xerox wc 220 mfd

In FAX mode, try printing a FAX ACTIVITY REPORT from the FAX OPTIONS MENU. IF the print is OK, your scanner light may be defective, and must be replaced by a technician. If the print is black, the DRUM or something in the DRUM CARTRIDGE has no ground or shorted ground. Remove the DRUM CARTRIDGE and CAREFULLY brush or vacuum any loose toner you can see, and reinstall. DO NOT TOUCH THE DRUM ITSELF! IT WILL BE PERMANENTLY DAMAGED BY EVEN A FINGERPRINT! Otherwise, you may have to replace the DRUM CARTRIDGE. It can be purchased as a supply item.
