Question about Epson Aculaser C1100 Printer
I have an Aculaser C1100 with the additional Duplex unit which works fine under XP however is not recognised by Vista. Defaults to the manual duplex option. I have not been able to find any threads and on the Epson site there are no drivers to download for Vista as the drivers are built in. Any help would be appreciated.
I have had the problem, but it is easily fixed in Vista.
1. Click Control Panel
2 Click Printers
3 Right click your AL-C1100
4 Click Properties
5 Click Optional Settings label
6 Click - "Update printer info manually"
7 Click - "Duplex Print Unit "
8 Click Settings
9 Tick box in bottom left hand corner - "Duplex Print Unit"
10 Click OK .... exit
