Question about Samsung CLP 300 Laser Printer
This is a manufacturing defect. Call Samsung at 1-866-726-4249 and explain the problem. They will replace your imaging unit free although you will most likely need to provide a credit card for them to hold until they receive the defective unit back from you.

Did you shake the new cartridge before you put it in.
I believe it says to do that in the instructions.
Toner is a powder, therefore it needs a little coercing to get it to move after long periods of being
stored with its fellow particles.
