Bugaboo cameleon problem

We have had a problem with right side of stroller, the silver cap came off when this was put back the handle on that side is very loose and lost its rigidity. Can this be repaired or do we require a new chassis.

The stroller wants to turn to the right, it wont stay straight.

Turn stroller upside down (sans baby ;-) First spin each back wheel to check it turns freely and it's fully engaged into the chassis. Front wheels should spin easy and rotate 360. If this is all good check the handle locks, are both sides locked or is only one side locking causing the handle to twist and put uneven pressure on the chassis.

Hi I have a bugaboo camealeon but it needs tightening up, I think it's were the silver caps are?? If so how do you take the off? Please help

hi
i would advise against you doing this yourself as they are starlock caps and are easily damaged

but instead of taking them off maybe you could try tapping them lightly a few times you may have to use
something over them.

other than that i sugeest you contact bugaboo or the local bugaboo dealer

Bugaboo cameleon

Hi,

Based on what you have described, it sounds like the silver domed cover (where the handle meets the bottom of the chassis) may be damaged, this may mean a new chassis is required.
I would suggest that you contact your retailer for repair advice (if this is still within the warranty period) or contact Bugaboo directly on the website link below:

www.bugaboo.com

Please note that you will need to have your chassis serial number to hand.

I hope this helps.
