Keys on my logitech keyboard are not working

Without knowing which type of logitech keyboard it is, I'd suggest borrowing or buying another keyboard to see what the problem might be. The springs sometimes go bad, and it costs money to replace keys at retail prices, but sometimes it is easier to just swap keyboards, or takes keys from an identical keyboard.

Amazon and other online sites sell all kinds of keyboards and deliver them.

My email n password dont match, how can I fix it?

The procedure to troubleshoot email account login issues may vary depending upon your email service provider. So, to let us suggest you a specific solution, can you please share with us the name of your email service provider?

In the meanwhile, we recommend you to make sure that all the keys on your keyboard are functioning properly. If one or more keys are jammed or have stuck up, the keys that you hit may not display characters correctly on your login page. Also, make sure that the functional keys like Caps Lock and Nums Lock are On or Off only when required. To make sure that the keys on your keyboard are working fine, you can first try typing your email ID and password on a Notepad or Word Document and see if they come up correctly. If the keyboard is working fine, we suggest you to try typing your email ID and password slowly (if you have not done this already). Also, give special attention to characters like 2 or Z, 0 (zero) or O, 1 or I, 5 or S, 8 or B etc.

If one or more keys on the keyboard have become malfunctional, try logging in to your account through some other device (if you have not done this already) or consider using a different keyboard (if possible).

You can also try onscreen keyboard by press and hold the Windows key and hit the letter R. Type in OSK and hit enter. Try using the onscreen keyboard if the keyboard is not functioning correctly.

My laptop keyboard can't work, its locked and i cant type

This can be done by software (locking the keyboard). I'd try a hard reboot, and see if that solves the problem.

If that doesn't work, sometimes keys get stuck down and cause the keyboard to stop working, it's odd but I find pressing (mashing) each of the keys 2-3 times will often fix keyboard issues. I typically start with the common keys like the ctrl, alt, shift, space, enter, etc.

Hope that gets ya moving again.

Some of the keys won't work and I can't log in Please help I have homework

If your keyboard has a key marked "NUM LOCK," make sure it is not enabled. This is a common cause of some of the keyboard keys not being recognized.
Not being able to inspect your machine personally, the only other option I can suggest in time for you to get your homework done tonight is to attach a separate USB keyboard to your MacBook and use it. It will work just fine, provided your problem is in the original keyboard and not in software. You may be able to borrow a USB keyboard from another computer in your house, or from a neighbor. It need not be an Apple keyboard.

Keyboard Issues/Errors

I would gather that your keyboard has been changed somehow to another country keyboard. Please check in your control panel, keyboard and see if eng usa is selected.

The other suggestion is pressing and holding fn key, num lock key at the same time. You should see a light going off and on when you do this on your system.

If keyboard selected is english, and num lock is off, I would turn your keyboard upside down and give it a good shake. Sometimes a paperclip, or staple gets underneath the keys.

Shift key won't function

Sometimes, the keys stop working if the circuit below the kepad gets dirty. The keypad can be cleaned by unscrewing the laptop, however, I won't recommend to do it on your own if you haven't opened a laptop earlier. Get this done by someone who knows this stuff. On second thoughts, if cleaning the circuit does not do any good, its time to get the keyboard replaced of attach an external keyboard. Please revert back with the reaults.
