- I'm furious with At&t I'm on my 3rd htc tilt. The screen keeps going blank on me(white) There's no visible scratches/water damage and hasn't been dropped. I baby the phone. This 3rd one I'm on though they decided not to cover it on warranty even though It was not broken on my part. there's something not quite right with this phone.AT&t sent me back the broken phone, they wont take the phone(3rd one) I have now back and just billed me $450. We are currently giving this one to our lawyers.
Sad thing is that I liked the phone. before it kept breaking on me...

hi, not sure if this is helpful but ebay under "smartphone" accessories sell the facias and screen for most makes. Prices at a very reasonable rate, (includes tools to DIY)

Go to www.htc.com to find the nearest service center. Don't trust other service companies cause this device is very difficult to service and they might make it worst than it was, plus they will give you warranty for the repair.

For those with the Treo 650... same thing happened to me. Found out the Treo 650 has "2" screens. The one you actually
touch is just clear glass to protect the lcd screen behind it. That piece and be replaced for about 10 bucks. The lcd is what costs you... I bought just the lcd on ebay for 70 bucks and had a cellphone repair guy replace both screens for 20 bucks. My advise... don't go by your cellphone company... find a small cellphone repair company... they are very reasonably priced. My guy even found it and bought it off of ebay while I waited.

Has anyone successfully pulled apart this phone? I have a new screen, but cant work out how to get the screen cover off. I can only see two screws at the top of the slider. Please post or email me if you had success

Knelt on my pda and now have a big white area and a rolling black bar on the screen. It would accept phone calls if I hadn't removed the card so now I can't code the imate to retake the sim.

to get any lcd touch screen go to pdasmart.com and to take the wing apart is easy you have to take to whole thing apart to fix the screen there are four screws on backof phone you have to remove your going to have to take out the battery and sd card as well befor your done your phone well be in pecies but it can be done at home i just got done doing it to my phone and it works fine good luck

T-mobile Wing - My screen broke (spider web) the very first day, not long after getting it all set up. Amazingly, since it's physical damage, it's not covered by the warranty.

it still turns on but the screen has five cracked lines across the screen there is no water damages,just the screen is cracked..you cant feel the cracks but you cant definaltey see them...

my ttn screen just stays, or goes white, occasionally for a few seconds it is visible normally then its like the contrast goes mad. Have had it a while and have been advised it could be the connecting flext for the slide out keyboard. Can I fix it myself, and if so how, tried to get it apart, have removed all visible screws but cant get in!!
