Question about Citizen IDP562-RSL2-120 Matrix Printer

Verifone Trans 330 says "Printing" after the transaction but printer does not print.

First off, verify that the printer is powered on. This may be a basic thing, but many, many people don't realize that the printer either was turned off accidentally, or the power plug came loose.

Check that the cable connecting the terminal to the printer is securely connected at both ends. If this doesn't resolve the issue, pull the and check the ends of the plug on the cord at each end to make sure that the pins inside are not bent.

If you are running a Verifone printer, you can run a print test to make sure the printer is working by turning the printer's power off, and then while pressing and holding the paper feed button (green button on top) turning the power back on. The printer will start printing test characters (you can release the button when it starts printing). To stop the test, just power the printer off again and then back on.

If the above suggestions don't fix the problem and it was working fine at an earlier date - you most likely have a bad printer. You can also contact your processor's Help Desk and have them check to make sure the settings on the terminal and/or printer didn't changed somehow.

To solve last 4 digit issue.
It need to reprogram Tranz 330.
Not buying Printer
this model is not compatible with PCI compliance.

HAVE A VERIFONE 8000. CAN YOU RUN A TEST TO CHECK AND SEE IF THE PAPER IS GOING TO FEED WITH THE NEXT TRANSACTION THANKS

Replaced paper in Omni 3750, now it feeds but doesn't print


Make sure you are using thermal paper and it is feeding from the bottom of the roll. If not press down on the lid when the paper is printing sometmes the tension springs were defective.

after the tranz prints the first receipt do not press the func/enter button, but rather press the clear button on the upper right hand corner. It will not print the second receipt nor will it cancel the transaction.

Need tranz 330 detailed report for previous month


Once you "Batch Out" or do a "Settlement" on your credit card terminal you have cleared any/all transaction info from the terminal and cannot print/reprint/void any of the transactions. Detailed reports can be acquired from your processor in most cases.

Verifone 250 printing letters and numbers will not stop


The letters and number it is printing is the self test print mode. Normally to run the self test you would turn the printer off, then hold down the feed button, then while holding the feed button, turn the power back on. It sounds like your feed button may be stuck.
