Fujitsu, Mitsubishi, Sanyo mini-split indoor fan motors operate continuoulsy. The room-temperature sensor is inside the unit, so the fan motor needs to circulate air continuouly to sense room-air temperature. This is normal operation.

At night its shuts down when the therm is satisfied, but trys to restart right away and when it does start it shuts down right away and just keeps doing this

The thermostat has a differential built into the temperature sensing operation. The differential is normally a degree or more. If the stat shuts down at 72 degrees it should not start the unit again until the temperature in the room reaches 73. If the AC runs and cools properly until it shuts down, I would check the thermostat. The AC can not restart immediately after it shuts off because the pressures in the system are too high at the compressor. It takes a few minutes for the pressures equalize allowing the compressor to start. If the stat tells the unit to start under high pressure, the compressor will shut down on overload. It will start and run after the pressure falls enough for the compressor motor to run.

Thermostat is not shutting off heater..... can't adjust....gets room too hot. I keep on pilot only this is a EMpire RH25

Your heater uses a capillary bulb type thermostat sensor. If the small copper tubing that runs from the copper bulb to the control valve ls bent or crimped, it won't work properly or at all. Try setting the temperature at the lowest level, so that the room heats up gradually. Then, see if the Thermostat shuts it off. Also check the air intake on the front of the heater to make sure it's not obstructed or clogged in any way. If all else fails, contact Empire Comfort Systems Technical Service Dept @ 800-851-9396.

Hope this helps you troubleshoot and solve the problem.

Projector heating up and bulb shuts down

The ambient temperature in the room is to high.
Try lowering the room temperature. If that doesn't work
get a small fan and place it near the projector to provide
extra cooling. The projector is running border line on
high temperature and just needs a little extra cooling.

Rennai 551 FA-P Never fully shuts off

Hebert,

Is there a chance there is a draft around the room temp probe? It is down low on the right side of the heater. If there is a draft the room sensor is fooled and keeps running the unit. You should be able to prove the room sensor by putting your hand over it after the stove has been running for a while. This should shut the stove down. If not there is a problem with the room sensor.

Appliaance shuts off at low temperatures

Most refrigerators cycle on and off based on the fresh foods temp. If the ambient temp is 10C and you have it set for 4C, the unit does not have to run much to satisfy the temperature control, and the temp in the freezer section will warm to + C range. (likewise, if the ambient drops to -C range, it won't mater if you set the fresh food section to +4C, it won't heat the air, and the fresh food section will eventually reach the -C ambient temp.) The only solution is to move the appliance to a warmer location or heat the room it is in. This is the only Fix-Ya for your refrigerator.
