Question about HP Photosmart M305v Digital Camera
Hello, I used my digital camera just two weeks ago and it worked just fine. I have never had a problem with it? then just the other day at my daughters birthday party, I turned on the camera and the LCD display appears white with Black, Green, and Pink lines running in all dirctions. It kind of looks like a smashed windsheild. I have no idea how this could be something that I have done since I always put it back in it's case after use and I store it in a hall closet at home when I'm not using it. It's never been left in the car and exposed to excessive heat or cold. I didn't drop it either. I hope you have a solution that doens't cost as much as buying a new one? but since the camera only cost me $125, I get the feeling that's going to be my only recourse. It kind of sucks to just have the camera a little over a year and for it to just stop working convienently after the warranty is over. Anyway, I'd just like to know what in the world is wrong with it and how it may have got this way. Any ideas from you would be much appreciated. Thanks.
Hi: Because the camera it's an HP and I don't know the camera so well I sugest to visit the HP site and search for your camera. After go to the FAQ and you have one options that allows you to chat with a HP Technician. I think it's the fastest way Regards
