The WW15 only has a reprint feature not an addressable Type your info, put in another lable and press reprint you can do this until you type something else then it is changed You can get a manual @ http://support.lexmark.com/index?page=content&id=SO4998&actp=search&viewlocale=en_US&userlocale=EN_US&segment=SUPPORT I suggest you copy amd paste this it's a long one.
Code "1" willturn off the spell check. The WW10 doesn't have an addressable memory but you can use the reprint key. Go to http://support.lexmark.com/index?page=content&id=SO4998&actp=search&viewlocale=en_US&userlocale=EN_US&segment=SUPPORT for instructions.
The only reprint is the Reprint key on the top left, but it will only reprint what you have just typed. For an addressable memory you need a WW 5, 6 or a model with save and play keys on the L. of keyboard.
The WW1000 has a reprint key on the upper L. of the keyboard. This key will reprint anything that has just been typed. Turn the T/W off and on to clear the reprint. Insert the form, type information and return. Insert the next form, press code and repeat print the info should repeat.
If you go to lexmark.com and click your way to publications there is a downloadable manual there.
The first thing to do is to set the top margin. Insert the card using the SAPI semi automatic paper insertion, pilling the rt upper bail arm forward, space up or down to the top margin you want, press & hold the code key while pulling the doing SAPI the P/W will spin and reset the top margin.
Type info on card, remove card, insert next card using SAPI, Press code and reprint key and it will repeat.
DO NOT TYPE ANYTHING AFTER A SAPI OR THE REPRINT WILL CLEAR
The WW15 does not have a recallable memory, it has a reprint memory that will repeat what you have JUST typed, code reprt top left kry on the keyboard will activate if you want a full memory get a WW5 or 6.
The reprint automatically stores as you type. I dont believe it can be turned off, however if you use the SAPI feature it clears and starts over. SAPI Semi Automatic Paper Insertion. When inserting paper pull the rt. upper bail arm all the way forward it will indert paper to preset position and clear reprint memory.
You didn't say what the model is. First be sure the print wheel is properly installed, then turn off the T/W and see if the carrier will move back and forth easily, if not try a little light oil on the shaft that runs thru the carrier (WD40 works well).
