My sister has owned a JVC GZ-MG20 for about 2months now.Every time she tries to download Video from camera to PC the download starts but after a short time the following message pops up.(Cannot Copy File MOVO4A.The Parameter is Incorrect)the download stops.So far she has not got any video on to her PC.The camcorder downloads the video on to my Laptop okay and onto her friends PC.But it will not download onto her pc.That message keeps coming up and stopping the download.She is getting fed up with it.Can you please help.Running Windows XP Home.Thank You.Cumbrian

- techman thanks for your reply.No my sister uses the Drag and Drop method discribed in the users Manual.She has just gone on holiday for a week when she is back i will get her to try using the Software that came with the camcorder.I will let you know how she gets on.Thanks.Cumbrian

-   Hi I am having the same problem am dragging and dropping the files and the software is all installed correctly.

It works fine on the laptop but not the home computer which I need it on

Are using the interface sofware that came with the camcorder??? If not try to download and see if that helps. Good Luck
