Hello, my nokia seem to work fine but I can't see anything on the screen. I receive and made calls but the screen is black. please help.

Have you tried a reset by holding the power key down for 10 seconds?If that doesn't work you can try removing the battery for a few seconds.
I had a similar problem with my E7, it was dead and wouldn't respond even when I plugged it into my PC. But once I had removed and replaced the battery it was working fine and its not gone wrong since. Here's a good guide on removing and replacing the battery

Aside from the black screen, are you seeing any message on the corners? Also, are you using a trial copy of Windows 7?

the most possible answer is that your screen has broken or the cable that connects the screen with the board is cut. refer to the nokia service for change

I think the problem is that the screen is corrupted or defective or even might not be receiving electricity to power it. if this has been happening since you first got it that means you can return it and get a brand new one. You need to update the software/firmware of your phone. Doing this usually solves the problem. if it doesn't then you need a new screen.
