Question about Intermec CK30
Green light stays on above the tab key. Unable to perform a cold or warm boot. Tried to reinstall the OS but the ck30 is unresponsive.
This sounds like you forced a cold reboot. You do not mention pressing "reset" under the battery, which does the same thing.

Left the ck30 powered off and removed the battery. Replaced the battery with a fully charged one. After a couple hours rebooted the ck30 and it booted normally. My ck30 was tied to the AS400 system. I think this may have been a factor with this issue.

Resetting the MC75
