Check out the drainage area of the machine is it cleaned or dirty.if dirty or any thing got stuck there just clean it to avoid the error again.

I see you are getting an 18h code on your front load washer. Normally any error code would have the letter E or F in it. I would suggest that stands for 18 hour delay start cycle, you could do a reset on your washer by disconnecting power to it or turning off the household circuit breaker for ten minutes and turning it back on. Hello - The error code "E20" typically means the water is not draining properly or not pumping out fast enough. Does the washer making a humming noise? If so, either the drain hose may be kinked or the drain in the house is clogged. Once you have confirmed and cleaned the hose and issue continues contact a professional to move forward accurately. The unit may possibly have a faulty pump or control board.
