Question about HP OfficeJet 6110 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have been having problems sending and receiving faxes. I have a separate lien dedicated to my fax, have it set to auto answere and have voice over internet service from IDT. I had the same VIP service with another company but thay went out of business and had no problems.

Sorry to says this is not a problem with your HP All-In-One printer.
Because VOIP is a service which HP does not support, as the signals through VOIP is digital and the All-In-One only supports Anolog signals.
And that is the main reason that you are sometimes able to send and some times not.
Even if you call HP tech for support they will deny support and ask you to contact your VOIP service provider.
The best person to help you out in this problem is your VOIP service provider.
HP will recommed you to try reducing the speed and to check your fax functionality, but will not assure you of any sucess
