There are 2 possibilities, it is either the printer has a malfunctioning memory, or your computer's print queue is still loaded.
for the pritn queue, look at at the bottome right hand side corner of your pc, look for the printer icon, right cliek on it the open, on the printer window that will appear, right click on the files then hit "remove". if this did not do, best move is to uninstall and reinstall the printer to refresh the actuall memory it hold in your computer.
