menu -> settings -> wireless and networks -> USB utilites -> connect storage to PC (click this button) -> it'll give you a message "Connect USB cable to use mass storage" ... connect the usb cable -> the android man will pop up w/ a msg saying "Phone connected to computer via USB. Tap the button below to copy files between computer and Android's USB storage" theres a button below that says "connect USB storage" (click on this).
You are probably right. If you have been able to charge your phone before via the micro USB connection, the most logical answer would be that there is something wrong in the connection. Try a new micro usb or go the page where Nokia
supports it´s customrs. http://www.nokia.com/about-nokia/contacts/customer-service
There is a click link at the bottom of your pc suite application saying "get connected".Please click that link and check again.Your problem may be solved. If again you find it difficult to get connected then please clarify your problem.I may help you to solve your problem.Thank you.
Please try connecting your phone to a different USB port other than the one which you use normally. If the issue is the same then try connecting it to another PC if you still face the problem then it is a hardware issue.Either your phone or the USB cable is gone bad.So replace the USB cable first with a new one and then try connecting. If the issue is till the same then it is your phone and you will have to get it repaired or get it replaced if it is under warranty.
