Question about Nintendo Wii Console
Try going into the settings and go to TV type & chose the first one, 50mz (or something) then choose confirm

Could it be that you have it set to s-video instead of composite video?
Often there is a small switch near the outputs to change between, or a setting on the setup menu.
If it thinks you are using separate chrominance and luminance then you may only be getting the lumincance signal.
