Question about Brother Office Equipment & Supplies
Test first the usb cable, try a different one, and try also unplugging power cable from printer and computer (if it is a laptop also remove battery) for ten minutes.
If that did not fix it, you will probably have to reinstall the driver.

A web page will open, select country, operative system etc., and click on download now loaction.
Chose to download the file in my documents when asked.
Afterdownloading,find the file, double click on the file, if you get introubles ,thenfollow instructions below to reset and reinstall:
