You can take your K750i to an authorised Sony Ericsson Repair Centre and they will update it for free for you, providing its still under warranty. Or you could do try doing it through the website - http://www.sonyericsson.com/spg.jsp?cc=gb&lc=en&ver=4000&template=ps1&zone=ps&lm=ps1&pid=10242 You could also try fixing it by using a new SIM, I heard it worked for someone with a 32k SIM that had this problem, and put in a new 64k one. Just take out your sim card and wipe it off. It should work after that
