Question about Protron PD-DVR100 DVD Recorder
1) i called 1-888-257-8899 and it says # not availible from my calling area. I live in Nortern Kentucky USA and this shouldn't be a problem but it is. 2) I can't get to the web site.
I have 2 of these units and one of my remotes isn't working checked everything that i could think of.
Both yes both of these units used to recorder tv show great but now both yes both of them will not record. when i try it works fine but when i stop recording both yes both of them flash the same message which state unable to stop recording and they record nothing because it can't process the disk and i have even tried to fix this by resetting to the factory settings i am stumped and would appreciate any help or ideas. thank you for responding to prior request.
