Question about Brother FAX-575 Plain Paper Thermal
The black curly cord goes from the phone receiver (handset) to the first jack on the left side of the fax (the one closest to the handset that's marked with a phone symbol). The flat grey cord is the phone cord. It connects the wall jack to the fax machine's third jack (the one closest to the back of the machine that's marked with the word "LINE").
