Question about Dell Dimension 3000® Pentium® 4 2.8GHz, 256MB, 80GB, 48x CD-RW PC Desktop
My computer keeps shutting down and saying system32.ntsf not found or currupted. I let it sit for an hour or 2 and im able to go on for a bit, before same error occurs.
On start up, hit F12
When the menu for boot options comes up, choose IDE or Hard Drive diagnostics.
I think you'll find you have a bad hard drive.
I have 640 Dell workstations, and I have seen this a number of times.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
