Cannot retrive application

Make a floder for (Scanned Printed Projects) and put whatever you scan in that Folder. When you can go there a retrive anything you want.

right click on the folder and then chose open. then click on pic

plug it n to your usb on computer if a screen pops up go to open folder to view files if tht dont pop up thn go to computer and go to its port click on it and it will open the foler tht contans your files

reinstall the application if you have the drivers CD or you can download from the following link

I had my phone turn off,but can still use my computer on line,and now my three in one printer is saying downloading application and then it say can not retrive.

check destination of the file.

please tell me how to set prefix /suffix values ?

i have already set scan prefix & scan sufix and then scan option ...
but did not get the< prfix ><data>< suffix> only data will retrive...
prfix value is `key, suffix value is Tab !

please help me
