your vacuum is not picking up because the infamous dyson has lost suction "which they claim to not do" first you have to make sure the filters are taken out and cleaned, then check the hose and make ure there are no clogs in there. usually they are see through so they will be visable. also make sure there is no debre blocking the cones on the machine
